HAILEY MILLAR is a Los Angeles–based editor and post-production supervisor with a lifelong passion for shaping stories that connect. A graduate of Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, she has spent the past nine years editing across documentaries, digital shorts, podcasts, and branded content, bringing a balance of technical precision and emotional storytelling to every project.

Hailey currently oversees post-production for the hit podcasts Game With Names and Dudes on Dudes, hosted by Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski, which reach more than 500,000 subscribers each week. Before stepping into the sports and entertainment world, she edited the PBS docuseries The Class, deepening her love for authentic, character-driven narratives.

Whether cutting fast-turnaround digital content or crafting longer-form stories, Hailey is known for her sense of rhythm, humor, and heart — and for delivering high-quality work under pressure. She is fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and thrives in collaborative environments where creativity leads the way.

Hailey’s combined experience, passion and drive have allowed her to travel the globe, capturing intimate life moments and bringing important stories to the screen. The only things Hailey enjoys more than editing are quality time with her pup, Charles, and watching Law & Order: SVU on repeat.
